1. TERMS OF USE

FOORSH is a digital branding and marketing agency.

All content on this website – text, visuals, design, structure and code – is the intellectual property of FOORSH and may not be reproduced, republished or reused without written permission.

We do not sell products or operate user accounts through this site. Enquiries, service requests and collaborations are handled through direct communication.

This website is provided as is. We take care to keep it accurate, but we give no warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for any loss arising from its use. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience; we do not control and are not responsible for their content.

We may update the content, services or terms of this website at any time.

 

2. PRIVACY POLICY

FOORSH is the data controller for personal data collected through this website.

Analytics and advertising tools collect data that identifies a browser or device. This is personal data under GDPR, and we process it on the basis of our legitimate interest in understanding how the site performs and reaching relevant audiences. You can object to this processing at any time.

Retention

Enquiry correspondence is kept for up to 24 months. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics and advertising data is kept according to the retention settings of the tools listed above, typically up to 14 months. Server logs are kept for up to 12 months.

Cookies

This website uses cookies that are strictly necessary for it to function, together with cookies for analytics and advertising set on the basis of our legitimate interest.

You can disable cookies at any time through your browser settings, and opt out of personalised advertising via Google and Meta. You can also object to this processing by contacting us using the details in Section 6.

We are implementing a cookie consent tool. Once it is in place, analytics and advertising cookies will be set only with your prior consent.

Third-party tools and international transfers

We use Google (Analytics, Tag Manager, Ads), Meta (Pixel) and Calendly. These providers are based in or transfer data to the United States. Transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and, where applicable, Standard Contractual Clauses. Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy – please review these when using those features.

Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS) and restricted access. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This website is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

 

3. YOUR RIGHTS

Under GDPR you have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 6. We respond within one month.

If you believe your data has been handled improperly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (Datu valsts inspekcija, dvi.gov.lv) or the supervisory authority in your country of residence.

 

4. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Latvian courts.

 

5. TEXT AND DATA MINING RESERVATION

FOORSH expressly reserves its rights under Article 4(3) of EU Directive 2019/790. The content of this website may not be used for text and data mining, or for training or developing artificial intelligence models, without prior written authorisation. This reservation is also expressed in machine-readable form in the site’s robots.txt file.
